I wanted to share with you the amended item stemming from the Committee discussion.
Basically this amendment does three things in addition to the exemption from licensure:
1) it requires EVERYONE who cleans a swimming pool (licensed contractors and their employees as well) to have to obtain a CPO.
2) They have to register with the County annually and provide proof of CPO and liability insurance that’s a minimum of $50,000.
